The rice variety “Carnaroli” is well known to be the best rice for the preparation of the famous Italian Risotto. By the law, also other rices with similar characteristics can be labeled as “Carnaroli”. Here we offer the variety “Carnaroli” in all its 100% purity, certified as IGP product from the delta of the river Po. Where the river meets the sea, clean water and high mineralization give uniques properties to this pure variety of rice.
